Responsibilities:
- Manage all social media channels, driving engagement and growing the follower base.
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
- Create and share relevant content with targeted audiences on the right channels at the optimal times. Ensure content resonates with key audiences and effectively engages potential and existing customers
- Collaborate with external designers and other marketing partners to develop the right marketing assets.
- Manage internal communications, including coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, producing internal newsletters. organizing All-hands meetings,
- Lead external communications by working closely with PR partners and managing the press calendar. Identify and manage external marketing opportunities with partners and industry content publishers, ensuring timely distribution of press releases to the appropriate media outlets and markets.
- Lead the organization of the top five largest events/tradeshows, handling communication with event organizers and other relevant parties.
The role reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing. The Marketing Communication Specialist advises the rest of the team regarding content ideas, distribution channels & strategies, internal communication & collection of information.
You will collaborate closely with your Marketing, Product and Sales colleagues to ensure our Go to Market is resonating with key audiences, while also closely working with our technical departmens to make sure we translate our technical abilities to commercial values and that our target audience can easily onboard our platform. Through this you and your team will be the bridge between our technology and its potential users.
You ensure our content gets in front of our segments/audiences on the right channel, at the right time. This role is key in getting our (potential) customers, as well as (in)direct colleagues engaged with the product/market offering.
Ensuring that all marketing communications align with the strategy and assists with lead generation.
What will be your focus?
- Own our social channels and create highly engaging social media posts
- Share our content with the right people, on the right (online) channel at the right time
- Own our press calendar and distribute press releases to the right markets
- Optimize our existing content to better fit a specific segment
- Liaise and instruct external designer(s) and other external marketing roles to create the right marketing assets
- Take the lead in organizing the top 5 largest events/tradeshows we are visiting, including communication with the event organizer and other parties involved
- Take the lead in internal all-hands meetings in which the whole company gets informed. You do this by liaising with the different departments on what’s important and how to communicate these important items.
- Identify and manage external marketing opportunities with partners and industry content publishers
- Work closely with our Digital Marketer to create highly converting e-mails, newsletters, and nurture flows and to make sure we make the most out of our online distribution channels
- Responsible for all internal communications; collecting information throughout departments and aligning our direct colleagues on what is going on and where we are going.
- Research, execute, and learn how we can best reach our segments through online communities.
