As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping our brand’s future. This is a combined strategic and hands-on role, giving you the opportunity to directly influence how we tell our story, both internally and externally. You’ll lead the launch of a new website, create fresh marketing materials, and guide a small, talented team (3FTE) to support our growth in new markets. Your leadership will be key in strengthening our presence and driving our marketing initiatives forward.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping our brand’s future. You’ll lead the launch of a new website, create fresh marketing materials, and guide a small, talented team (3FTE) to support our growth in new markets. Your leadership will be key in strengthening our presence and driving our marketing initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution (50-60%): Lead the way in developing and refining our messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. You’ll oversee the creation and launch of a new website and marketing materials that reflect our updated company’s direction.
- Team Leadership (20-25%): Manage and guide a small, dynamic marketing team. You’ll set clear goals, offer feedback, and support their professional growth while ensuring they adapt to the new strategic direction. Collaboration is key, so you’ll work closely with other teams like Sales, Business Development, and Engineering to ensure marketing is aligned.
- Ongoing Marketing Initiatives (20-25%): Execute day-to-day marketing activities such as lead generation campaigns, email marketing, paid media, and events. You’ll manage demand generation efforts and make sure they support our overall goals to boost our pipeline and drive engagement.
